Booking Your Yard Card
After we receive your request form, we will contact you to confirm the booking details. We will then email you an invoice. Please note card rentals are not booked until the invoice is paid in full. Please submit payment on or before the due date listed on the invoice to reserve the card rental.
Please note all yard card displays are rentals. We provide the delivery, installation, and removal of the displays.
Refunds and Cancellations policy
- In the event you need to cancel your yard card rental, we will issue a full refund. Please provide 24 hours notice.
- We reserve the right to cancel a rental due to inclement weather or other circumstances outside of our control. We will issue a full refund, or you may reschedule the set up with us based on availability.
We do not issue refunds if:
- We are provided an incorrect delivery address or event date.
- We are denied entry to a gated community.
- The home has animals that prevent set up.
- The homeowner/recipient stops us from setting up or asks us to remove the display before the scheduled pick up time.
- The home has a “no trespassing” sign (unless we have received permission to set up from the homeowner prior to arrival).
- The home has another yard display/decorations or obstructions that prevent set up.
Terms and conditions
- If the delivery address is part of a HOA, please ensure yard card displays are permitted prior to booking.
- It is the responsibility of the party who booked the card to replace any missing or damaged items. You will be invoiced at the replacement cost for any missing items or (non-weather related) damaged items.
- Please do not mow/trim while the card is in the yard. Grass clippings, rocks, and other debris can cause damage to the cards. If you use a lawn service, please ask them to reschedule.
Inclement Weather
- In the event of inclement weather, every effort will be made to set up your card on time. If conditions do not allow for set up, we will contact you. We can arrange an alternate set up time with you based on availability or issue you a full refund.
Preparing For Your Card
- If you do not live at the delivery address, please let a resident/owner of the address know that we will be on the property.
- Yard cards are set up facing toward the street. If you would like the card set up facing the house or other direction, please let us know before arriving.
- Please leave your porch light on the evening of the set up.
- Please make sure the set up area is free of pet waste.
- During the summer months, we request that the area of the lawn where the card will be set up be watered a few hours prior to set up.
- Please turn off any sprinkler systems before set up and during the rental.
Set Up Terms
- Yard Card Ninja Ohio LLC will not be held liable for any injuries or damages incurred by any person or personal property before, during, or after the delivery, installation, and removal of the yard card.
- We will confirm the set up and pick up window of your card with you when booking. Most cards are set up the afternoon/evening before your event, and picked up the morning after your event. Please contact us if you have a request for a specific set up time, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If we need to adjust the set up or pick up time for any reason, we will contact you.
While The Card Is In Your Yard
- For safety, please do not allow children or pets to play near the sign.
- Please do not mow near the yard card.
- Please do not attach tape, balloons, streamers, or other items to the card.
- Please do not move or make any adjustments to the card. If you would like something changed, please contact us.
