Yes, we will set up during light rain or snow. In the event of inclement weather like lightning, heavy snow, freezing rain, or high winds, we will contact you to make alternate set up arrangements.

Depending on our schedule and card availability, in some cases, we can accept bookings on short notice. We request cards be booked 2+ days before the event date whenever possible.
Yes, we accept bookings up to 6 months in advance. We recommend booking early to reserve your card, especially if you have a preferred color. Please note that payment is required when booking.
